How long will it take to get my package once my order is placed?

Bellissima does its best to get your package out ASAP. Bellissima is a one person business, that sells 90% made-to-order jewelry. Meaning there is no "inventory". The jewelry is made after the order is placed. Remember, mail does not go out on Sunday. If you ordered during a highly anticipated restock, or your order contains handmade jewelry, it may take longer than average. Allow 1-14 days for custom jewelry to be made. Bellissima uses USPS First Class Shipping, which takes 3-5 days once shipped in the US. International shipping can take 3 weeks to 1 month to arrive once shipped. Due to COVID-19, packages may experience delays. You will receive a tracking number to keep up with your package.

 

What if I make a mistake in my order and I need to change it?

Once your order is processed, it is sent to the creation process. If you made any mistakes with the personalization of your product or other pieces, you must contact us through email ( bellissimaboutique.assist@gmail.com ) ASAP and we may be able to accommodate. This change request may not be guaranteed depending on the step the jewelry is within the creation process.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

The issuing of cancellations are rare. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us through email ( bellissimaboutique.assist@gmail.com ) ASAP and we MAY be able to accommodate. If Bellissima has already created or shipped off your product(s), a cancellation can NOT be issued. 

 

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and cannot be refunded unless the error was on Bellissima’s part.

Reasons refunds may be issued:

. Received wrong product(s)

( receiving earrings when you ordered a necklace )

. Received wrong color of product(s)

( receiving gold instead of silver )

. Misspelling on custom products

 (such as name necklaces)

 

Can I return or exchange my products?

At the moment, Bellissima does NOT accept any returns/exchanges, especially on custom products. As well as due to COVID-19, the health of our clients and the owner is our number one concern.  We strive to keep things as sanitary as possible. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Bellissima Boutique ships all over the world.

 

Customs and import taxes:

Customers are responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bellissima has tried pre-pay these charges, but USPS (the mail carrier we use) does not allow this. Bellissima is not responsible for delays, due to customs nor is Bellissima responsible for packages being sent back. 

 

 

What if I put in the wrong address?

Once a package is shipped, it is out of our hands. If the package is delivered to the wrong address or lost due to this error, Bellissima is not responsible and you will have to re-order again in order to receive your package. Before placing your order, double check that your street name is spelled correctly and that your numbers are correct.

What if my package is lost?

Bellissima Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
